Marketing research, or market research as it is also called, is becoming increasingly important for companies facing intensifying competition in this millennium.
At ZR Associates, more human oriented research methodologies are employed to understand consumer issues. This is normally carried out through qualitative research, where we explore consumers’ opinions, emotions, nonverbal communication, and visual imagery using methodologies such as focus groups and ethnography.
Apart from conducting research in Malaysia, we also undertake multi country research projects. Our consultants’ international experience makes us know which methodology best suits a specific culture, enabling us to generate qualitative data which is then interpreted in the context of the said culture.
